Raspberry oat smoothie

Summer mornings call for bright, fruit-filled and refreshing smoothies! With added oats to give extra nutrition and fill you up for longer… You could replace the frozen raspberries with other frozen or fresh fruit, or swap almond milk for another dairy alternative or just good old milk (in which case you might want to up the amount of banana to keep the smoothie thickness as semi-skimmed milk is a slightly thinner consistency than almond milk). Enjoy!


(For 1)

3 tbsp porridge oats

1/2 banana

2 handfuls frozen raspberries

Small chunk of ginger (about the size of the top half of your thumb)

Squeeze of lemon

1 tsp honey (or a bit more if you want it a bit sweeter)

150-200ml almond milk


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, adding the almond milk last.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into you favourite glass and enjoy!
